From a Home Office in Iloilo to a Growing Outsourcing Company
I’m Rene Temblador, Founder and CEO of OneVirtual Solutions (OVS).
My journey with OneVirtual Solutions began in 2009, working from home right here in Iloilo City. I had a vision, limited resources, and the determination to build something that could create real value for businesses and meaningful opportunities for Filipino professionals. In 2013, I officially registered the company and took the next step toward turning that vision into a lasting organization.
We started small—very small. A few basic computers, an internet connection, my two brothers, and a clear purpose.
Our initial focus was providing IT services and highly capable Virtual Assistants to real estate professionals in the United States. Those early years taught us the fundamentals of the outsourcing industry: delivering consistent results, understanding our clients’ businesses, solving problems quickly, and most importantly, earning the trust of people thousands of miles away.
As our clients grew, their needs evolved—and so did we.
They began looking for more than virtual assistance. They needed broader expertise, stronger technology support, and teams capable of handling increasingly complex business functions. We saw the opportunity and made the decision to grow alongside them.
Step by step, we expanded our capabilities. I built our office in Iloilo and began bringing together talented Filipino professionals across multiple disciplines.
